I have a fitbit lite and previously a versa. Both having the same issue.
I use the exercise app to run with on my watch and Bluetooth earphones at the same time. I always have my phone on me so I can have GPS stats. I have found that whenever the watch is trying to find GPS and says 'connecting' throughout my run it interferes with my Bluetooth and cuts the music out. I am using spotify. This also happens when i get a notification on my phone.
I can cut the music for a few seconds or sometimes even a minute!
This can happen many times throughout a run or only a few times.
I am a bit over it and can't believe it has happened to two different versa watches!
Is this fixable? Or should I move on to another brand of watch?
