I get multiple high graphic, lure me in emails to buy thier best product in the world.!!!!!!
So I buy the holiday special for my wife, A Versa watch, with a ionic leather band for myself.
Sorry, watch on backorder don't know when its arriving and the extra shipping cost I paid for (overnight) isn't coming for another 4 days..Put on hold for 15 minutes, are you kidding me?!

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Versa is in backorder status. The shipping method will be schedule once the order has been processed by the warehouse but until it is back in stock it won't be shipped. Sorry that this has been an issue for you. You could ask Support to change your Shipping method so you don't pay for overnight since the order is delayed. Still thank you for your feedback about the process.

Totally agree. I have two Altas I ordered during the Black Friday to Cyber Monday sale. First notification I got said they would ship shortly after Christmas (disappointing that the kiddos would not get them for Christmas). Last update I got said sometime in February. If I'm lucky that will be in 2019. Hope Fitbit sales is treating you better than they are me.
