Versa is loosing time

 My versa only tells the correct time when it is 100% charged. After taking it off charge it slowly looses time. (Approximately 15 minutes a day) If I resync or restart it does not alter the time. If I put it in the charging dock it only changes the time once it reaches 100%.

I have reset my versa and set back to factory settings and made sure all the updates are done but the same thing happens. 

Anything else I can try?

@Samiliizitalk to customer service and get a new one. Something is wrong inside. They will ask you to do a hard reset first, so you may want to try that first just to check if it makes a difference and confirm it doesn't...
