@Obgyn04  If you have NEVER logged a period with the Female Health tracker then you can just remove the tile from the Fitbit app on your Phone.  Just touch the red EDIT button at the bottom of the screen and touch the (-) minus sign to delete (hide) the Female Health tile.  Then sync your Versa.

 

If you have previously logged ANY period(s), then just hiding the tile won't remove the Female Health from your Versa.  First you would need to delete all logged periods using the Fitbit phone app Female Health tile.  When ALL previously logged periods are deleted and you then delete (hide) the FH tile and finally sync your Versa, the Female Health will be removed from your Versa.
