My Fitbit versa is not syncing with my Huawei mobile phone and I'm not receiving WhatsApp or phone call notifications.
I have to uninstall then reinstall the Fitbit app from the play store and reset notifications. It works for a day or two and then stops syncing again.
This has been happening for a month! I uninstalled and reinstalled yesterday and the notifications have stopped again today. Help! Thanks 🙂

Hi, thanks for taking the time to reply. I have tried everything on the trouble shooting page and it still doesn't work!
I've had to uninstall the Fitbit app again and have just reinstalled it yet again to get the notifications. No idea why it keeps doing this 😞

Still not working. I have trid troubleshooting advice still no good!
My phone tells me that Fitbit is draining my battery. When I select force stop, notifications stop. Has this something to do with loss of notifications? I'm fed up uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
Please help 🙂

I have just had a chat online and it appears the Android version on my phone needed to be updated from 10 to 11.
I have just done this, so hope this is the problem solved 🙂
