In addition to the info that requested my friend @Rich_Laue, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hello @Jenrun is it all types of notifications your not receiving. When you say that it is on.. Are you checking the Versa or the phone? 

BTW when asking a question that pertains to the phone, it is helpful to include the phone model.
