Versa is not providing GPS maps

After tracker update it isn't mapping walks and hikes.

Hi @Coffmansusan5, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not providing maps of your walks and hikes.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. Finally, monitor your watch for the next walking and hiking activities and see if the maps appear properly.

Thanks for the response but restarting does help.

My samsung fitness app has accurate mapping & distance so I know it isn't a problem with my GPS.  Also I have no desire for "in zone" times; completely useless information for me. But now I get that and no maps. 

Highly frustrating. It seems that every other update causes a new problem. This last one in September took away maps and gave me 'in zone" time.

I really think it is time to warranty this watch!

Well it worked a time or 2 but I'm back to no maps. I restart it every day now and no map! I want maps not in zone stats...that is completely useless information.   How do I turn that off? I didn't choose to add that information why is it there and please make my maps come back.
