I am downloaded the latest software, synced and resynced, deleted and readded my versa and I am still unable to receive texts messages. I can get all of my other notifications though. Any advice?

Suggestion: On my phone I have at least three apps that are for texting. The app selects one as default. You cal select all texting apps by going to your profile page on the phone app by tapping your photo on the top of the dashboard, then tap the device tile. On the device options tap the notification tile. Scroll down and look for App Notifications. Scroll down and select all your texting apps to turn them on. See if this helps.

In addition to the information that @wtksk8r shared, please let us know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

This is turning into COMEDY now. Quick settings nightmare, no snap notify and now as of today, YUP.. no text notifications.. I am going to toss this ting in the garage and get the Samsung. I've had it.
