Versa is not syncing my data properly

My Versa is no syncing since yesterday at 1:30 pm. I had 21.000 steps and is showing in the phone only 12.000 and today i had 8.000 and is showing 0 steps. The time clock is correct. I been trying the manual sync and still not working. Any advice on how to fix the device? Thanks.

@Verouy Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not syncing your stats or data completely. In order to fix this issue, restart your tracker as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally.

 

Finally, manually monitor your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed after syncing.

Why is it necessary to restart the Fitbit? Why doesn't the Fitbit just sync as it should? This is not rocket science.

The restart refreshes the tracker internally in case it's experiencing a little glitch. I would like to know if your Versa is experiencing issues.
