Versa customized settings constantly reset

Firmware version 32.32.10.15

Problem: My Versa is not retaining saved settings changes. I believe the settings reset to default either after to syncing or after charging.

What I want: The settings on my watch to match the settings in my Android app.

Examples:

1) I desire Quick View disabled because the Versa signals aliens while I'm trying to fall asleep and the feature works poorly when I actually want the watch face to appear. So I disabled Quick View. This worked for a a day or so. Now Quick View shows disabled in my Android app, but it is clearly enabled on my watch as the watch face turns on when I rotate my wrist (but rarely when I would actually want it to turn on, haha).

2) I was already having the problem above but I decided to try a new watch face. This watch face showed "seconds" which I didn't want to see. So I disabled the seconds in the watch face options. This worked for a day. Now the watch is displaying seconds again. The app clearly shows seconds are disabled.

Any suggestions?

I toggled the options, tried a charge, and a sync. Seems to be working. I will find out in a couple of days.

Nope, it toggled back from 12 hour time to 24 hour time

@Lokius Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not keeping your customized settings, even though your tracker has the recent firmware version. I'd like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent version installed and after this, restart your Versa as described in this help article. Once you've done this, customize your settings again and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Thank you for the response. Current phone app version is 2.82 and was updated 2 days ago acording to the Play store app. I did the fitbit reboot and I will will how this goes.

@Lokius Thank you for getting back and providing more details about the Fitbit app version. In order to avoid any confusion on my end, I would like to know if the reboot fixed the issue or if your Versa is still resetting to the default settings.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

Following the reboot and a clock face change, the disabled Quick View appears to be functioning correctly after a couple of days.
