Versa is not taking a charge

my fitbit versa, brand loaded but it is not. the full battery button comes out, but zero% charge goes out.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue getgs fixed.
