Hi my Versa not charging and tried all solutions in the community discussion.
It stopped charging only after 2 months of usage.only showing diamond(logo fitbit) initially and after charging for 48 hrs also no response.
Pls help as the purchased it from US and currently no technical support in india.
My Versa is lying useless without any response.dont know what's the issue.
Can fitbit or someone pls help.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Hi tried each and every step including troubleshooting and suggested by you...no movement in my Versa....pls let me know way forward as it's been many months I can't find any solution.
@JuanJoFitbit pls can you provide solution.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit , finally I got reply from fitbit support for replacing & I have already returned my device, however they are asking for choosing color of versa pebble.
Can you pls guide/ compare my fitbit versa special edition earlier watch versus the versa pebble watch tht they are replacing with.I am unable to get versa pebble features anywhere in web. Is versa pebble a better version from my earlier returned versa special edition smartwatch.
Also various colors of versa pebble available?
Wud be thankful if u cud mention.
