Versa is not tracking sleep

The only reason I bought the Versa was for sleep tracking.  It worked the first night and not since.  Extremely frustrated w/lack of direct customer support.  Have not found an explanation or working remedy.  Might have to pony up for the Apple Watch.

Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your watch and see if it tracks your sleep properly.
