Versa is only counting steps.

Everything as fine with the functioning of my app and Versa since I got it months ago.  Recently installed iOS 12.1.4 on my iPhone 8 and now only the step count works on my app.  Deleted the app and reinstalled it with no change.  Is anyone else having the same issue?  Any suggestions on how to fix this problem

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience wtih us. Please note that at this moment, our team is currently aware of this issue and is working towards a resolution. In the meantime, if you haven't done it yet, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

 

By the way, I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Versa board as this issue is related to the watch and not the App.

My Versa on my Samsung no longer records my 250+ steps per hour, but does record my total steps

This sounds similar to the issue that I have. Only Calories from Step Count is exporting to myFitnessPal. all the exercise sessions are not being added.

I am running the app on Android.
