Hi there, @Franatwork. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa and making sure it's syncing.

Despite your Versa syncing, may I know if you face syncing issues regularly? As you may know, your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Please know I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

Hi Marrefitbit,  I got it to work and show the correct time that lasted for a week and now my Fitbit Verse has switched off and I can not get it to turn on at all.

Can you help with this?

@Franatwork Thanks for getting back and confirming that the issue with the time was solved after our last interaction.

Regarding your Versa not turning on, please restart it by following the steps provided here How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work and your Versa hasn't vibrated while trying to perform the restart, please follow the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Let's try making sure both, your Fitbit device and charge and clean and free of any debris.

Thank you MarreFitbit for your help but unfortunately after trying all the above my verse watch will not turn on and I have used a new spare Fitbit charge to make

sure the charges are working correctly. The watch just wont turn on and I have never even gotten this watch wet in the time I have had it.

Thank you

@Franatwork Thanks for following the steps I suggested.

As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
