My fit bit has been stuck in a loading screen for 4 hours and I've tried restarting unlinking and linking and using different click faces. Nothing has worked so far I have a Hawaui phone latest fit bit app and use the Bitmoji clock face.

@Kathryn30 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since your Fitbit Versa is still stuck in a loading screen even though you have restarted it and changed the clock face, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can further investigate and provide a solution.
