Versa isn't receiving alerts from Fitbit

I just activated a new Versa last night. I am getting alerts for calls and texts but no alerts from Fitbit! No reminders to step, no challenge alerts or anything. I had the same problem with my Alta recently. Is there are problem with the Android app? Any suggestions to fix it.

Hello @lovetrigger

On my iPhone, I had to go into settings and under notifications, I had to enable them from Fitbit.

@lovetrigger, say did you check notifications from your Fitbit app. Under notifications there is push notifications, check to see that everything you want is turned on.
