Versa isn't receiving notifications

My Versa is Synced but notifications are not coming in. I went in to look at the notification settings and it is stating “Bluetooth Pairing Required. Your Versa and iPhone need to be paired before you can use this feature.” I select “Setup” but it never syncs.

What I have done (not in order):

Rebooted Versa

Rebooted iPhone

Uninstalled / Reinstalled Fitbit App

Turned off Bluetooth / Turned on Bluetooth

Reset Versa to Factory & Repaired

All information is syncing ie steps, HR, etc. but again, when accessing the “notifications” settings in the app it states it is not paired.

Help!

Thanks!

Andie
