Fitbit sent me a new watch and it still does not work. I've tried all of the tips to getting notifications to come through my Versa, even factory resetting and restarting the entire syncing process, and I'm still not receiving text notifications. Well let me say this... I get the notification saying I have a text message but I can not open it, read it, or send a quick response. When I hit open it just clears the screen on Fitbit and opens the message on my phone.
Phone calls and messages from Messenger come through just fine, but not a single text. I have AT&T and an Android (Samsung Galaxy S9+). One of the main reasons why I bout this watch was to be able to send quick responses from my watch. Help please! I am thinking I may just need to return it and go with a different brand.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are having problems with your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.
