Versa isn't receiving notifications

I just got a Versa and set it up this morning.  As far as I can tell, it is set up to receive notification but I'm not receiving them on my Versa, just on my phone (Android, Samsung Galaxy S8).  Please help!

@SunnyHuny1 Welcome to Fitbit family! Is your versa syncing properly? Also, when you press and hold the left button on your Versa, are the Notifications there ON?

It appears to be syncing fine and yes, the notifications are on.

@SunnyHuny1 Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit app with a phone reboot in-between? After installing the app, please enable the notifications again. Please make sure Always Connected and Keep Alive Widget in the Fitbit mobile app are on as well. Also, please make sure that any app you would like to receive notifications for on your Versa has the push notifications priority set to at least HIGH (this can be done in the Android settings>Notifications). Another thing, please make sure Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android (Android settings>Battery>Optimization>Fitbit needs to be marked as not optimized).

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your watch isn't receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.
