I’ve had my Fitbit Versa least than 48 hours and for the last 12 hours, my heart rate has been reading zero! I’ve reset the watch and still nothing! Thoroughly disappointed because I had to save up so much money for this.
Anyone experiencing similar problems?

If your Versa isn't showing your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at the Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? help article and follow the instructions provided there.
