I have been looking through the forums and seen a lot of people have the same problem. I'm finding it very difficult to sync my tracker to my app. I've restarted, turned off my phone, turned off/on Bluetooth multiple times. I have my all day sync option turned on. I originally had trouble syncing it this morning then eventually it did it. But now I'm having trouble again. Please help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Versa isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.

i tried all of the troubleshooting. I have had my versa since April and have no issues. I haven't really paid attention until today, but it looks like my Fitbit app has not picked up any steps since July 1. How can I get it to sync?

@JPmom it's difficult to know what to suggest. It would be better to let us know what you have tried so we can try to spot what you may have missed - if you have tried everything then there's nothing for us to suggest.
Normally the best chance of fixing syncing issues is to restart your phone and then restart your fitbit by
pressing and holding the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds. Then let go of the buttons.
One thing to note is that your versa only has limited memory to store information between syncs. It can store detailed data for up to a week then it starts holding the information at a daily summary level. So, once you get it syncing again your data may look a little different to what you were expecting.

I have had the same problem with my Versa and my Huawei P smart phone but now maybe I have sorted it!! I unpaired my Versa from my phones Bluetooth and when it shows up on the available devices I then go into the app and it seems to be synching without any problems. I am on day two of it synching on my phone which is the most I have had since I have had this watch and I am probably on nearly a month!! I have been synching it on my IPad instead of my phone!!
