My versa stopped syncing and couldn't get anything to make it work again. So uninstalled and now trying to reinstall, I get to the point where it "finds" my versa, but then just sticks on the "connecting to the tracker" screen and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting the versa by:

I had the same issue. it was resolved by shut down the Fitbit and restarting it.
