Versa isn't syncing

Hi! I purchased a Versa and have had it now for a week and have yet to be able to really use it. I have tried to set it up at least 7 times. The Versa itself tells me it is updated, but the Fitbit app says it needs to update. Every time I try to get the Versa to update as the app says, it won’t connect to the versa. I don’t get notifications but the worst part is that the data from the versa won’t sync to the app. This is absolutely aggravating. Please help.

Same thing is happening to me. I’ve tried to do hard resets, disconnect the blue tooth, etc. 

 

The last time in synced was last night when I did the software update. Super annoying.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. If your trackers aren't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. If the issue is directly with update them in the Why can't I update my Fitbit device? article you will see some steps to follow.
