Versa isn't syncing

What is wrong with the Versa?

  • Doesn't sync.
  • Doesn't record sleep.
  • Doesn't record steps.

 

Shows on the watch but no syncing. I think this watch has to go back. I can't deal with all the glitches.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your Versa and recommend taking a look at the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? help article and follow the instructions provided there. If you are seeing your information on your watch, it means that the issue is directly with syncing and once you sync it you should be able to see that information on your Dashboard.

My hasn't synced since Wednesday morning. Super frustrating. I've reset my Versa, my app, my Bluetooth, my phone, everything. I got my Versa on Mother's day, so it hasn't even been two weeks. I've had no problem until Wednesday. 😑

I am having the same syncing issues too. It all started after I updated to iOS app version 2.51 earlier this week. My Versa was working fine before I updated the app. Hopefully, there will be a new update soon.
