Versa isn't syncing

My Versa is not syncing with my iPhone 7.  I have done all the recommended steps (shut down, reinstall, shut off Bluetooth) and it wont sync. This is quite frustrating ... it starts to sync but stops after it shows the steps, but will not "remember".

 

Please help.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? request, vote for it and leave your comment.
