Hi, I’ve had 3 different Fitbit and been an avid wearer for 3 years but my latest purchase, the Versa is frustratingly inconsistent in anything to do with the Bluetooth.
I’ve paired it with a supported device (iPad air), been through troubleshooting twice with on line support, got very excited about the new software update as thought that might work and am now thinking about returning it, getting a refund and returning to my Charge HR which is such a shame as the features on the Versa are so appealing. Can anyone recommend one last suggestion to have it working consistently before I send it back?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Versa isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
