Hello,
I'm having extreme difficulty setting up my Versa, at first it would connect but would keep stopping during the firmware update section. When this would happen I would start over from the beginning of the process, now my Fitbit keeps flashing the logo and turning off, even though it's fully charged. I've tried all of the fixes on the site and still no success. What should I do now?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your Versa? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

My Versa was working fine. Now it will not pair to my phone. It's not picking up the Bluetooth it's only a month old. How can I try a factory reset.
