My son has a Honor 10 phone and it will not sync or pair with any Fitbit products, has anyone else had the same? He is so upset, we tried the Ionic first then my Versa paired with him but when I got him a Versa it won't download the firmware update as it can't find the Versa, of course Honor are saying its Fitbit fault.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your watch and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device.
When a device isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your Fitbit but you might experience connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

Sync is now working for Honor 10 & Fitbit Versa!!!
For my Honor 10 I did the most recent update to EMUI 9.0.0. After that I did the fitbit firmware update and it all works perfectly ever since.
