Versa isn't syncing

It sounds like it hasnt synced. What phone are you using? Try restarting your Versa several times and try to sync. Let us know how you go

I agree with our friend. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
