Versa isn't syncing

Fitbit recently sent me a new versa, due to a red light staying on and heart rate not working.  Since I got the new one, I am having trouble syncing and staying connected with my phone. Sometimes I wonder if it is my phone!

 

I am thinking about getting a new phone, so my question is does Versa (or Fitbit in general) work better with Android or IOS or is it pretty much the same?

If you want the option of quick replies to your text messages, that feature only works on android.

If you are having syncing issues with your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. Now about your phone inquiry, you can check our list of compatible mobile devices and compare all the phones listed.
