Versa isn't syncing

I would like to speak to someone to help me figure this out. This is my 4th Fitbit and love them. But right now my phone is not finding on Bluetooth and need help.

Same here my versa will not sync!! Not automatically nor by force when clicking the sync button on the app!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are having problems syncing your watch, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
