Versa isn't tracking certain items

My Versa used to track heart rate, and other items. It does still track steps and exercise. Anyone else having issues. I'm starting to hate my fitbit devices.

Hi @Valozeau - unless you toggled the HR setting in watch settings off it generally means the HR sensor isn't working anymore and could be due to moisture getting in.

HR is required for anything other than steps or floors and if a restart by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start doesn't help, a last resort factory reset might but isn't without risk and in all probability won't help.
