Versa isn't working

Hi everyone 

My versa screen went black so I tried to reset it, but the Fitbit logo never came on. I have it on charge but the screen won't light up and there's no green light. HELP!!!!!

I went to bed last night with my versa charged at 66% and now it isn't working. I contacted fitbit this morning and they want me to send my watch back for replacement since it is less than a year old. I also asked if it could be a possibility that there is a virus/bug and they stated they couldn't identify a problem unless it was sent back.

Hi, same thing happened to me - called 0800 069 8505 (uk no to call Fitbit) - talked with someone who said to hold down the left hand button and the bottom right-hand button at the same time for 12 seconds.  The blue triangle then came on.  He said to fully charge it, go into the Fitbit page and on the top-right hand side you should see that an "update pending".   Worth a try.

I just did the new tracker update and also now have black screen.  I started the update at 80% battery, also put in the charging unit.  All went fine, quick update. App looks like new features are installed.   When I removed from the charging unit the screen went black.   Plugged into the USB on my laptop, my PC said doesn't recognize the device, device malfunctioned.   I guess my advice to all if you are proactive and reading this first, don't do the update on your tracker.   Mine is a Versa 2, less than a year old.

The funny thing is I haven't even completed the new update and randomly woke up to a black screen.

Hello, see my message further up (based on advice given today by Fitbit) - I hit a problem in that my desktop computer would not update it (several attempts).  I then used the app on my mobile phone and it is currently uploading as I type!  Hope this helps.  He also said to ensure the Fitbit was 100% charged or near to that.

Tried everything. Nothing seems to work! The support endlessly repeats the same thing over and over again even when it's not working. Extremely frustrated with fitbit!
