Dear Fitbit,
I assume you monitor the Forums. My Versa is of concern .. it's temperamental, are you aware of glitches, can it be sorted from your end or do I need to return the Versa to the place I purchased?

My Fitbit has been glitching since the new update, approximately a week. It will not sync my step count unless I press the lock/unlock button multiple times and pull up the app. It’s also frozen on the clock face a number of times. I tried switching face styles to no avail. It’s frustrating and I hope I won’t have to get a new one seeing as I just bought this one.

When you select workout the app shows pace instead of calories.
