I set up my versa yesterday following all the instructions. Today I have had the following issues:
1) no notifications when I reach 250+ steps every hour
2) no 10 min warning that 250 steps not done despite notifications being turned on
3) today I walked over 14,000 steps but when synced only 1 hour showed on app but stats on watch showed 8hrs met with 250 steps or more
4) when synced exercise in app picked up as cycling but I havent been on a bike!
5) no notification when i reached my daily step target
6) sleep not recorded
7) pulse barely being picked up.
I have tried all things suggested and even restored factory settings. Now watch won't pair with phone! Am bit disappointed with it at moment! Please help me sort it out Fitbit users

@SunsetRunner
1) It doesn't always send a notification when you reach 250+ steps, only when you have the 10 minutes reminder and you reach it after that.
2) You have to set them up. Go to the Fitbit App, tap on the Hourly Activity tile. Click on the gear in the top right corner.
3) It's probably because only in that 1 hour did you walk over 250 step. Say you have the time set from 7am to 4pm you probably walked 250+ at like say 12pm but walked the rest after/before 4pm/7am.
4) It's not always 100% accurate, it happens for me too but I don't really care about the exercise part
5) It doesn't send you a notification, it only buzzes a bit but since it's so soft you probably didn't feel it, I hardly feel it.
6) I'm experiencing some sleep issues too but I think it's getting better.
7) Make sure you're not wearing it too loose or it won't pick up.
