Hey everyone! I'm hoping someone can help me!
I got a fitbit versa 2 weeks ago and it was working great!
Then this week when I went through the Today app the sleep hours and weekly exercise were frozen... everything else such as steps, heart rate and hours active were all working normally. Strangely the fitbit app on my phone was showing all the stats correctly so it was syncing fine! But I also stopped receiving notifications on my versa... and I couldn't change the wifi settings!
So I tried everything.... restarting the Versa... then restarting the phone... forgetting the versa on bluetooth and discovering it again. finally I did a factory reset on my versa and started from the beginning.
When I did the versa setup again it would not setup the wifi.... and now all I have on my today app is Steps, hours active and my heart rate! The sleep and weekly exercise has disappeared! I go to settings and it says "select up to 7 stats to easily track with fitbit today"... but I can only choose 3! All the other stats has disappeared!
Does anyone have any idea what happened?! I'm not sure what else to try to get this working again!
