Absolutely done with fitbit! Another watch just gone off, black screen, wont charge, wont come on or sync! Was faulty after 1 swim! Not even 12 months old! 5th n last FITBIT I will buy! Blaze did same! No reply to resolve either! Shocking!

I shouldn't have to invest another $150 to buy a new one. The fact that they don't make the batteries replaceable is ridiculous. Extremely disappointed with Fitbit. I've tried all the recommendations and get no more than 6 hours of use. Not a good way to treat your customers.
