Versa just stopped working

Can anyone help fix.  I have tried pressing back and bottom button but nothing happens.

Hi @Carmac. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa and let's work together! Just to confirm, do you mean that your watch isn't longer turning on? If so, are you able to see a green light on the back?

 

I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:

  1. Clean the gold contacts on the Versa and the charging cradle.
  2. Charge it one more time making sure to check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cradle.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  4. Restart your watch one more time.
