Try a Factory Reset in between Restarts by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

I am having the same issue. I've replaced the clock face with a Fitbit branded one as well as did a factory reset. Nothing has worked. Suggestions?

That doesn't work. Mine does the same thing... I've factory reset it 3 times.
