My Versa now reboots about 8-10 times per day. When the rebooting first happened, I tried the firmware update to see if that would resolve the issue. The update only partially worked. The update screen is gone from the app and my firmware level is 32.68.9.15.
I have changed the watch face to a Fitbit face, tried multiple manual reboots, but nothing has worked.
If my only option to do a full factory reset? The watch is extremely unreliable for anything now.
Any help is appreciated.

After all you have tried, Factory Reset is the next option. Do that by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.
