I updated versa fw to 32.32.10.15 during the weekend. Now I keep receiving old email notifications from last week. Additionally after I press Clear All in the notification section, the notifications are still there when I go back to notification section. Please help. Thx.

@MaFred Not really. Some expired notifications are not being cleared from Fitbit mobile app notification channel. I am still hoping for resolution with the Fitbit app update... To clear old notifications, reboot your phone and Fitbit tracker (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears).

Same for me. Random old emails are showing up again. I think they might be ones I have not opened but I only want them once regardless. My Versa is going crazy dredging up very old notifications, emails, texts ... I Clear All and they come right back.

I have a similar issue . I’m getting old and erroneous phone number notifications . Not sure where the information is coming from. I hit Clear All and the phone notifications keep coming back. I also tried to delete the phone notifications one at a time and they keep coming back as well.
Should I be getting email notifications from AOL? I thought the Versa only did text, phone and calendar notifications.
I have an iPhone 8 Plus using software iOS 11.4 and Versa software is 32.32.10.15

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. I would like to know if any of you have tried the restart process? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your units by doing the following:

Same happens to me and it's driving me NUTS! I don't get new notifications for text messages and calls... just a bunch of OLD email notifications.

I just got a brand new Versa over the weekend and I'm seeing the same issue. Samsung 7, most recent FitBit firmware.

I still get erroneous phone notifications. Seems to be picking up numbers from my contact list (have IPhone 8 Plus) . Can’t figure out why it happens . At the moment I have notifications turn off on the Versa and on the Fitbit app.

@AlejandraFitbit It has been more than 2 months since my initial post. This issue is still there. Not even a word saying if there will be fw update to fix this issue. This is so frustrating.

Hi there,
I have the exact same problem (only with email notifications)
What I can say is : it comes only if I unlock my phone (the Fitbit app - on iOS - send notifification to the wach). At this moment exactly I start recieve old notification.
This is really painfull for battery life if you have a huge amount of unread mails like me.
Again, it seams to be an Fitbit App issue, and not the watch it self.

Has there been a resolve to this issue? I received my Versa for Christmas and it worked great for a week or so and now it has 3 deleted emails it shows every time a new message comes in. I have a moto x4 phone.
