For the last few days my versa has been turning off and will only come back on once it has been put on charge. In charging dock it says 100% battery and then turns off after another hour. Any ideas?

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Versa by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device? 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
