Today my watch suddenly keeps on shutting down. It will power up for a minute and shuts down again. This are the steps that I have done:
1) Changed the clock face to fitbit clock faces but it still persisted.
2) Contacted customer support and recommended to factory reset the watch. It just became worse, now I can't complete the set up process because it keeps on shutting down every minute.
Any help for this matter?
I've been contacting the reseller and fitbit customer support but no concrete solution was given. Even the return/warranty process they did not indicate. I've been using it for less than 2 weeks.
Best AnswerI am experiencing some what similar problem. The watch randomly switches off by itself.
You switch it on, it sometimes remain on for a few minutes, sometime shuts of immediately, sometime would work fine for even 12 hours.
