Initially the Versa failed to sync. And since it needed charging, I charged it. Tried to sync while charging and it failed for hours. In fact it logged me out of the phone app altogether for several hours & wouldn't let me change the password.
Finally I got back into the app, watch fully charged and now it won't stay on. Switches on, and after a few min (about 5), it hangs and switches off.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? I have checked WiFi connection, Bluetooth is OK when the phone is on but the watch doesn't stay on long enough for any syncing to happen. It last synced more than 24hrs ago.
Please help! 😞

That sounds weird. Try restarting your Versa several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesnt you will need to do a factory reset (settings app on the Versa andnscroll down to About). If that doesnt work you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

Thank you for your help, I was trying to avoid having to factory reset and lose all the data it gathered in the last few days that I hadn't updated to my dashboard. So instead I just let it discharge naturally and abandoned it for a few hours, and then recharged it.
And it started working! But in future I may have to factory reset because it did something odd after I had posted my problem. The screen got 'pixelated' and for a while it had 'gibberish' and just flatly refused to display anything.
I thought perhaps it was because I had changed the watch display to something I uploaded? And maybe the new display had a bug!?
In anycase, thank you very much for the help. I'll be sure to try it next time. Goodday!
