My Watch constantly turns on and off throughout the day and night. It will turn off for about 1 to 2 minutes at a time.  Anyone else have this?

@ywragg You should do a factory reset, then contact support if that doesn't work. A factory reset will reload the firmware, in case it glitched during the update. If that doesn't work, support will likely want to replace it. If you just bought it recently, you might want to see if you can exchange it with the merchant you bought it from, because the Fitbit replacement process is usually a nightmare.

Try a Restart before going the Factory Reset route and do it several times if necessary.

I don't have problems with the watch turning on and off during the day, but when I set it to  start a workout after  30 seconds or a minute into my activity the workout will stop on its own and I will have to go back in to  restart. It will do it with running or with a general workout.

I have had three other fitbits and never had one day of problems until I purchased the VERSA. It has started to be a problem every day it seems.

DO NOT BUY VERSA FITBIT.  Doesn’t sync to Fitbit app, and doesn’t hold a charge longer then 3 hours.

DO NOT factory reset!! My Versa wasn’t holding battery longer then 3 hours. I did a reset and now my Versa will not work at all. Called Fitbit support, nothing they can do to fix!!  NO REFUND because I had for longer then 45 days.... I had for 50 days!!! UGH. I will never buy Fitbit again!!!

I googled the problem after I posted this last night and people are saying that the clock faces made by people other than Fitbit may have glitches in them which can effect how the watch works.

So I’ve changed the watch face to a Fitbit one and will see how it goes. I must admit the problem I had didn’t start when I 1st had the watch so it maybe the clock face after all. Will post update on a couple of weeks.
