I only bought this in November 2018 and already the battery drains incredibly fast, it's unacceptable. I always seems to have problems with Fitbit devices and this one has peeved me off because it was expensive.
What can be done please?

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit Logo and release the keys. If that does not solve your battery problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
