Hello my Versa will recognise exercise minutes then when I sync with app it deletes them! What can I do?

Thank you for providing these details about what you've experienced with the Versa not recognizing your exercise. Just to confirm, are you referring to a specific activity not being recognized? Or you were referring to regular daily data (active minutes, steps, floors)?
For both cases, I do recommend that you try to perform a restart on your Versa following these steps, then check if you continue to experience the same. This has been useful for other users who have experienced something similar. If the problem is related to the app, just to log out, then restart your phone, then log back in, and check if you're able to see the exercise data.
Also, there is a new version of the Fitbit app that was released a couple of days ago, please make sure it's updated following these instructions.
