Hello, I have had my versa for a week and I love it
BUT
I have encountered 2 issues already
1) Notifications: I have linked it to my phone. It got stuck with a text message that simply wouldn't go away (even after deleting it from the phone). I opted to let my versa die and after charging the notification is finally gone. Is this glitch to be expeted always?
2) Sleep data: this is why I got a fitbit!
a) I have noticed that it takes a while (an hour or so) for the watch to recognize I have napped (I sleep poorly during the night but usually fall asleep between 5 and 6. The watch shows me the data for the night and only after I am showing a lot of activity I can see the update of total hours of sleep). Is this normal?
b) I didn't wear my watch yesterday (Tuesday) but wore it to sleep. However, my watch is only featuring the sleep data of Monday's night and not yesterday's. I have been up since 5 and there has been no change in this. Do I need to reboot it? Will it fix on its own?
Please, send me some lights 🙂
Thanks!

Hello @kathevt ,
Are you referring to notifications displayed on the Versa? If so simply swipe right to remove the notification from the screen, or tap clear to remove all.
As for sleep deepening on how busy the server is, and when the tracker Last synced, sleep may be delayed. The tracker needs to be synced after the user has been awake for a few minutes. Syncing to soon then Fitbit may not know that the user has woken up and not display sleep.
By only wearing the watch for sleep, not sure but a possibility is that the sleep logic was not designed for this scenario. Just a guess.
Restarting will not hurt.

Hello @Rich_Laue,
Thank youy for your comments. Actually swiping it didn't fix the problem. Clear all didnt work either. I opted to drain the battery and it finally synched.
It was very unusual. Thus, the question.
As for the sleep pattern, I didn't have the data for all morning but now it is working properly ( I usually wear it all day but yesterday had to leave it behind. Therefore, I only put it back before bed).
I think the watch had sort of a glitch and seems to be working perfectly.
I was just surprised that it happened and that I couldn't figure out a way to fix it

I had not seen a sync problem mentioned above, this would prevent sleep from showing up.
Anyway I'm glad it is working.
