Versa left button doesn’t work. Sync doesn’t work

My versa hasn’t synced in months. Also my left button won’t work. I’ve tried to clean it with a toothpick, pin, and compressed air. I can hear the button click but nothing happens.

Hi, I would advice you to call Customer Support about your problem, seems a hardware issue.
